The Lady Shake – Mellissa drinks hers slowly, over 90 to 120 minutes - 11:30 AM
Fruit or veggies snack and water - 3:00 PM
The Lady Shake - which she again drinks slowly - 4:30 - 5:00 PM
The Lady Shake BOOST - 6:30 PM
Dinner – Mellissa usually makes a yummy Lady Shake recipe. Her favourites are the Lady Pie, Slow cooked chilli beef and Beef and halloumi salad - 9:00 PM
