Make Meal Prep Fun
Habits can take a while to stick, and meal prep is a good example. It takes effort and good planning which can often be a deterrent. Consistently preparing meals each week requires a solid mindset, and if you get bored of what you’re eating, you're likely to veer off track. Keep your meals interesting by changing it up weekly. Flip through recipe books or have a look online for meals that are both healthy and appeal to you. We've got a whole range of our own recipes to get you started!
