Nancy Lost 19kg On The Lady Shake

Hi! My name is Nancy and I have now been on The Lady Shake for six months (started August 2023). Disliking how I looked and felt, I knew I had to do something before my health started to deteriorate. Recently I looked at our holiday photos and cried. Was I really that big now? OK! Time to do something about it!
I have tried so many diets throughout my life, many have worked, but it always creeps back on. I am now 62, and I have decided to do this for me. I researched a few shakes and decided The Lady Shake was the one for me. So here I am!
I started at 112.5kg. So far, I have lost 19kg and starting to feel great about myself. I must admit, I am not the most energetic person and I do not do a lot of walking or exercise. Mind you, it is increasing as I lose more weight.
I do 10-20 minutes on my little vibration board, I walk maybe 15 minutes a day, and I keep busy around the house all day, slipping in a few casual exercises when I feel like it.
My food intake has dramatically changed, which hasn’t really bothered me. Each morning, I get up and fill up a large bottle of cold water (which I top up several times during the day to get in 2-3 litres), then I get my two shakes ready for the day. I absolutely love my Coffee Lady Shake in the mornings. I found all shakes to be very thick, so I add more water. I only make them with water and ice. I don't feel like I need anything else in them.
Morning and afternoon tea is usually a coffee and two rice crackers with either a smear of peanut butter or pickles on it. Lunch is another Lady Shake, which I vary the flavour of each day so I don’t get bored. My favourite shakes are Coffee, Honeycomb, and a half and half of Banana and Chocolate. If I’m still hungry, I grab an apple or kiwi fruit. I have a small-portioned meal for dinner and try to cut out fatty foods.
Yes, a cheat day here and there is allowed, so don’t beat yourself up. Try to choose good foods where possible. I did keep a diary of calorie intake for first four months so I could see how much I was actually eating
I still have a long way to go, but I am so thankful that I took on The Lady Shake. If you want to change how you feel and look, please try these shakes.
