Kathryn Lost 22kg By Just Giving It A Go

Hi, I’m Kathryn and I would love to share my story with you all.
I’m 62 years old and I had always been thin, up until 8 years ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. With a combination of treatments, medications, and giving up smoking, I steadily started gaining weight. Next thing I knew I went from a size 8 to a size 16.
I had tried dieting and would lose a couple of kilos but then not long after they would be back.
I had seen ads for The Lady Shake and thought I’d give it a go. Maybe it could be the one that works… I’m so glad it did!
I would have a shake for breakfast and another for lunch, with a yummy bar for my afternoon snack.
For dinner, I’d often have steamed vegetables or salad and a protein, but I would still have rice and pasta dishes as well.
I found drinking water instead of tea and coffee helped too. If I wanted to snack on something I’d have a big drink of water instead.
I LOVE the range of flavours The Lady Shake offers.
I have tried every flavour at least once. I love the variety!
I also love mixing them, Banana and Caramel with a dash of cinnamon is a breakfast favourite while I found Chocolate goes with just about everything!
Throughout my journey, I didn’t increase my exercise.
I continued walking my dog every day and would make sure we took the route with the very steep hill near our house. I would also run on the spot, as fast and as long as I could while shaking my Shake.
In eight months I went from 75kg to 53kg and I am thrilled!
With 22kg gone, I feel great and can wear clothes that fit comfortably.
I still enjoy the convenience of the Shakes, especially for breakfast and lunch on the days I work. I have no doubt that I will easily maintain this healthy weight thanks to Lady Shake.
