Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 scoops of The Lady Shake Banana
  • 170g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150ml water
  • Pinch of salt
  • A handful of chopped walnuts 

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. Mix The Lady Shake Banana, flour, baking powder, pinch of salt and cinnamon into a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg whites, water and mashed banana. When mixed, pour them into the larger bowl with the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well and add your chopped walnuts just before you pour the mixture into the tin.
  5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes and enjoy!

Tip: If you don’t have The Lady Shake Banana, you can use Vanilla or even Chocolate
