  • 1/4 cup reduced fat plain cottage cheese
  • 1 large wholemeal rice cakes 
  • 1/2 tomato 
  • 1/4 large avocado 
  • Salt & pepper 

Optional:

  •  Add 200g smoked salmon or 1 small tin tuna

Method

1. Spread cottage cheese over rice cakes.
2. Add avocado and tomato.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
