Want to shake up your mornings now that the weather is a bit warmer? Try our Berry Smoothie, healthy and delicious.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen berries
- 2 scoops The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 1 heaped tablespoon of non-fat vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 350mL water
Method
- It's super easy, just get a blender or stick blender and whiz it all together
- Enjoy!
