Want to shake up your mornings now that the weather is a bit warmer? Try our Berry Smoothie, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 scoops The Lady Shake Vanilla
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of non-fat vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • 350mL water

Method

  1. It's super easy, just get a blender or stick blender and whiz it all together
  2. Enjoy!
