We asked the ladies in the "Lady Shake Ladies" Facebook group to tell us their favourite recipes for making their shake into a smoothie.  You girls are creative!  These are amazing!!

These are great for when you are looking for something to "shake up" the routine a bit.  You'll never be bored - there's something for everyone!

** The water amounts are as per personal preference.  Please add as much or as little water as you like to make your shake to your desired consistency. **

  • 2 tsp maca powder 
  • 2 tsp brekkie booster 
  • 50g frozen mixed berries 
  • 450mL cold water
