Ingredients
- 10 pitted dates
- 1/2 Cup raw almonds
- 1/2 C caramel lady shake
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup milk
Method
- Blend dry ingredients in food processor or blender till crushed
- Place dry ingredients in a bowl and add 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, , and 1/2 cup milk
- Mix with hands and roll up into approx. 8 balls
- Shredded coconut to roll (approx. 1/4 C)
- Roll over coconut
- Put in fridge for approx. 1 hour
