Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 scoops The Lady Shake Vanilla
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of non-fat vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • 350mL water

Method

  1. It's super easy, just get a blender or stick blender and whiz it all together
  2. Enjoy!

Belinda's tip: add some ice or mint to your smoothie for a cooler, fresher taste!
