Ingredients

  • 3 x eggs
  • 1/2 cup x oats
  • 1 x banana
  • 1 x scoop of Vanilla Lady Shake powder
  • 2 x teaspoons of sugar free maple syrup (for topping)

Method

  1. Add your ingredients into a blender, and mix until smooth
  2. Pour mixture directly into a non-stick pan on medium heat, this recipe creates 3-5 pancakes, depending on thickness preferred
  3. Flip with a spatula when golden brown on both sides (TIP: wait until the ‘bubbles’ on the edges of the pancakes have popped for easy flipping!)
  4. Serve with a topping of sugar-free maple syrup, and enjoy!
