Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of raspberries
  • A handful of chia seeds
  • 3-4 cubes of ice
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or to your liking)
  • 1 scoop of The Lady Shake Vanilla (or Strawberry)

Method

  1. Blend ice cubes, almonds, blueberries, strawberries, almond milk, and lady shake powder in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl once blended and add seeds of choice on top.
