Introducing your newest fruity summer treat – our passionfruit protein slice! Using our NEW flavour The Lady Shake Passionfruit Ice Cream as a base, this delicious snack has a passionfruit protein kick that can be made in under 15 minutes!  

Ingredients

2 scoops of The Lady Shake Passionfruit Ice Cream  

1 cup of brown rice puffs

1 cup of shredded coconut  

¼ cup of chia seeds  

1 cup of no sugar white chocolate  

1 tablespoon of coconut oil  

½ cup of passionfruit pulp 

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine your Lady Shake powder, shredded coconut, rice puffs and chia seeds.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, break up your chocolate and melt with coconut oil.
  3. Add your melted chocolate to your mixing bowl, mixing well until all ingredients are combined evenly.
  4. Line a medium-sized baking tray with baking paper and add the mixture to the tray. With your hands or a spoon, evenly press the mixture into the tray.
  5. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  6. When ready to eat, add passionfruit pulp as topping, and cut into 8 slices. Enjoy!
